This beautiful blue gown features tier after tier of tulle ruffles. The off the shoulder design adds to the feminine look and the beaded belt adds a touch of glam. The dress is a woman's size medium and should work for a wide variety of sizes due to the flexibility in the back. Please refer to measurements to be certain of fit. Please note that this dress is posing length which means it is very long for portraits. It is not ideal for situations where the model will be walking as the tulle is very delicate.
